Each summit is composed of a conference series (that is 2 conferences per country to manage delegate numbers). A specialist committee refers to a group of leading, senior or elite academics or professionals who will work together to forward one specialist recommendation to the country scrutinized. This committee may be split into two if numbers are too great, or may remain as one and operate over the entire four day summit.
