MEDP's specialized government consultation is based on the doctoral (PhD) research findings of our founder and CEO, Jean-Paul Gagnon. Our mechanisms for the improvement of democracy within a society are also based on research undertaken by MEDP.

Our methods are based on analysis; the formation of an action plan with prescriptions and recommendations for realistic and practical change; as well as post-facto monitoring, documentation, and follow-up recommendations. This is done to form a long-term advisory relationship so that a government and its citizens can always be sure of an increase in their own unique style of democracy.
